Dining at Vida NYC was an extraordinary culinary experience that effortlessly combined indulgence, refinement, and vibrancy. The lobster mac & cheese was an opulent delight, its velvety texture and rich in flavor. The Vida Lobster Roll was a masterpiece, balancing the luxurious essence of lobster with a delicate crunch. Meanwhile, the guac & tostones offered a refined interplay of creamy, freshly prepared guacamole and perfectly crisp plantain chips—a starter that I highly recommend!!

The Caesar salad was immaculately presented, its crisp greens and balanced dressing elevating this classic dish. The Brussels sprouts were a revelation—caramelized to golden perfection, with an irresistibly crunchy exterior that gave way to a smoky, subtly sweet interior. However,  the filet mignon steak—cooked with impeccable precision to a tender medium-rare, showcasing both the quality of the cut and the expertise of the kitchen.

The cocktails were equally exceptional. The La Vida is absolutely amazing and the presentation took it to an entire new level, also a 10/10. The Sneaky Link offered a playful yet sophisticated sweetness. The Ice Spice was a bold and innovative creation, and the espresso martini served as a perfect denouement, both energizing and indulgent.

The service was unparalleled, with the staff demonstrating a level of attentiveness and professionalism that enhanced the overall dining experience. The bartender’s craftsmanship was evident in each exquisitely prepared cocktail, and the ambiance of the restaurant exuded modern elegance, creating a dynamic yet inviting atmosphere.

The Ambience is beautiful, very nice hostess and restaurant crew. The drinks were amazing I had 3 lemon drops and Enrique the bar tender did an amazing job making them for me. The twin lobsters were very good, With a side of roasted broccoli. Lobster tails were very tender and didn’t have to fight to get the meat off the shell. I would definitely go back here to have dinner again, Definitely a place to take your significant other for a date night or to even have your birthday dinner hosted there.
